to established specifications\nInspect, test, and ensure the proper functioning of fire detection systems, fire-fighting equipment, electrical systems, transformers, and related safety infrastructure\nCoordinate with other departments to schedule regular servicing, maintenance, and testing of all equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance\nVerify that all safety measures are adhered to and maintain comprehensive records of fire-fighting equipment inspections and maintenance activities\nEnsure that first aid kits and emergency supplies are properly stocked and readily accessible in designated locations throughout the facility\nProvide effective support and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime\nEducate and train staff on safety protocols, proper equipment usage, and cost-effective resource management practices\nAnalyze equipment performance data and recommend preventive maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs\nMaintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and system performance for audit and compliance purposes\nStay informed about technological advances in surveillance, safety equipment, and building management systems to enhance organizational capabilities\n Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field\nTrade Certificate in a relevant discipline (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Facilities Management)\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience as a Duty Engineer or in a similar facilities/building management capacity\nProficiency in reading and oral communication in English language\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, water management, and fire safety equipment\nDemonstrated expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices\nSolid understanding of safety protocols, building codes, and compliance requirements\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
