As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service across all departments.\nManage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments\nSupervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service\nHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally\nMonitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations\nConduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance\nCollaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction\nManage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations\nImplement and uphold company policies and procedures\nAssist in training and developing team members to meet organizational standards\nPrepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators\nRespond to and manage emergency situations effectively\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall guest experience\n Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the
