Your expertise supports seamless hotel, SPA, and F&B operations and contributes directly to exceptional guest experiences. You take pride in problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to ensure LUURA’s properties run at the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across LUURA properties, including lighting, power circuits, and equipment.\nInspect and test electrical systems, identifying issues and taking corrective action.\nRespond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies, minimizing downtime.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth hotel functionality.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.\nEnsure compliance with LUURA safety standards, legal regulations, and local electrical codes.\nSupport pre-opening projects, including installation of new electrical systems and upgrades.\nAdvise management on energy efficiency improvements and preventive maintenance plans.\nMonitor electrical equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when necessary.\nKeep tools, equipment, and work areas organized, safe, and clean.\nEnsure that departmental requirements are aligned and implemented according to the guidance of the Chief Engineer.\n Who We’re Looking For\nTechnical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties.\nPre-opening experience is considered a strong advantage.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.\nAbility to work independently and across multiple properties as part of a team.\nPhysically capable of performing electrical work safely, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.\nStrong communication skills and ability to report clearly to management.\nFlexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.\nEligible to work in an EU
