The successful candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality food across our hotel restaurant and breakfast service.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.\nEnsure all food is prepared in accordance with hotel recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.\nMaintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.\nAssist with preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and special events as required.\nMonitor food quality, freshness and portion control.\nWork efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and consistency.\nAssist with stock rotation, deliveries and storage of food products.\nMinimise food waste and maintain good stock control.\nKeep equipment and wider kitchen areas clean and organised.\nSupport and communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen and front-of-house teams.\nFollow COSHH, HACCP and other relevant food safety procedures.\nCarry out any other reasonable duties required by the management team.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nPrevious experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen environment.\nGood knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nGood understanding of food hygiene and health & safety requirements.\nThe ability to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.\nMust have the Right to Work in the UK \n What's in it for you:\nA Discount Card to be used in Accor Hotels Worldwide\nComplimentary stays in UK hotel (Bonus Breaks Vouchers - subject to availability and T&C)\nTraining & Development\nAdditional holidays with service\nEmployee Advisory Service\n...
