courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.\nProviding detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in selecting their ideal stay.\nMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.\nEnsuring special requests and preferences are noted and communicated effectively to relevant departments.\nCollaborating with the front office and sales team to maximise occupancy and revenue.\nDelivering exceptional guest service and resolving booking-related issues promptly and effectively.\n The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry, along with:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organisational abilities and attention to detail.\nProficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software
