compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.\n\nProject & Facility Management\nOversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.\n\nCoordinate renovation, repair, and capital improvement projects.\n\nLiaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.\n\nBudget & Resource Control\nAssist the Director of Engineering in preparing and managing departmental budgets.\n\nMonitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives.\n\nControl inventory of tools,
