operations and lead a team of technicians.\nOversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP and HVAC systems.\nEnsure prompt response and resolution of guest room engineering issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures).\nMonitor and troubleshoot BMS, fire alarm, fire pumps, and life-safety systems.\nManage maintenance of chillers, pumps, boilers, electrical panels, and plumbing networks.\nCoordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and technical services.\nEnsure compliance with Dubai Civil Defense, DM, DEWA, and SIRA standards.\nConduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure LOTO and PPE compliance.\nSupport authority inspections, certifications, and permit renewals.\nMaintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and spare-parts inventory.\nAssign tasks, train technicians, and support technical skill development.\nOversee room maintenance schedules and support guest satisfaction through timely services.\nAssist with CAPEX projects, renovations, and system upgrades for the high-rise building.\nAnalyze system performance and recommend energy-saving improvements.\n Minimum 3-5 years experience in engineering within hotels, mixed-use towers, or high-rise buildings.\nAt least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-leader role.\nHands-on experience managing complex systems such as chillers, plant rooms, BMS, fire systems, and
