Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, driving culinary excellence, innovation, and profitability while delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creative vision with operational expertise, requiring resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining world-class standards in a dynamic environment.\nLead and oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining venues, private events, and special experiences, ensuring consistency and excellence across all outlets\nDevelop and execute innovative, destination-inspired menus that celebrate local ingredients, cultural authenticity, and culinary creativity while maintaining commercial viability\nMaintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen operations and dining experiences\nManage food costs, inventory controls, purchasing, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards\nRecruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborative restaurants\nProven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader overseeing multiple dining concepts and kitchen operations\nDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing culinary teams in diverse environments\nStrong financial acumen with proven experience managing food costs, labor costs, budgets, and operational performance\nThorough knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen compliance requirements\nExperience creating innovative culinary concepts and memorable dining experiences that reflect organizational values\nProven success in delivering training, coaching, and professional development programs to culinary staff\nProficiency with kitchen management systems, equipment operation, and culinary technology\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments\nExceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to
