As an Arabic-speaking team member you will enhance the guest experience by communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking guests ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.\nPresent menus explain dishes and make recommendations when required with special attention to Arabic-speaking guests.\nTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.\nServe food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service.\nEnsure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.\nClear tables reset them for the next service and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.\nAssist in setting up and preparing for service including mise en place table arrangements and side stations.\nHandle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism escalating when necessary to supervisors.\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of the menu daily specials and promotions.\nFollow hygiene health and safety regulations at all times.\nCollaborate with colleagues and support the overall smooth operation of the F&B department.\n\nQualifications: \nPrevious experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.\nFluency in Arabic (spoken) is required;
