Duties.\n-Records the total Food & Beverage purchases by:\nchecking the extension and additions of invoices\nRecording and classifying Food & Beverage purchases in the purchase journal in terms of the different kinds of Food & Beverage or by their terms of payments.\n-Determines and reports the actual costs of Food & Beverage sold daily and monthly in the Food & Beverage report which incorporates the following:\npricing and extension of Food & Beverage issues\nCosting of Food & Beverage consumed by the employees and other credits.\nCategorizing of Food & Beverage issues to each independent kitchen and bar.\ncosting of inter-kitchen transfers\ncosting of Food & Beverage consumed for special functions\n-Performs the reconciliation of meat tags.\n-Prepares the employees and supervisors cafeteria cost records.\n-Accomplishes the monthly Food & Beverage inventory by:\ncounting the Food & Beverage in the storeroom\npricing these Food & Beverage items and determining total value\nreconciling the recorded value of inventory and the value arrived at from the physical count\n-Prepares the monthly summary of meat consumption\n-Performs other duties as may be assigned\n\nQualifications: \nPrevious hotel accounting experience (Minimum 3 years preferred).\nExcellent English language skills\nFamiliarity with Financials System Reporting System Micros POS and
