In this pivotal role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, leading a talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. As an F&B Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our culinary vision, driving innovation, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service and quality.\n**General Operations:**\nOversee all aspects of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities\nMaintain rigorous adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations\nImplement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and service standards consistently across all venues\nMonitor and optimize operational efficiency to maximize productivity and minimize waste\n**Financial & Budget Management:**\nDevelop, manage, and monitor F&B budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards\nAnalyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement\nManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality\nImplement cost control measures and inventory management systems to enhance profitability\n**Team Leadership & Development:**\nRecruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement\nSupervise daily operations and provide coaching to ensure consistent service delivery and staff engagement\nConduct performance reviews and create development plans to support career growth and retention\nLead by example, demonstrating professional behavior and commitment to our service standards\n**Customer Experience & Service Excellence:**\nEnsure exceptional customer service across all F&B outlets by maintaining high service standards and attention to detail\nAddress guest concerns and feedback promptly with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities\nCollaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, banquets, and group functions seamlessly\nGather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and offerings\n**Strategic Planning & Innovation:**\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance menu offerings, pricing, and promotional activities\nIdentify opportunities for innovation in service delivery, menu development, and operational processes\nPlan and organize staff training programs and team-building initiatives to strengthen departmental cohesion\nPrepare the department for audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance and readiness\n**Administrative & Coordination:**\nManage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift planning to optimize coverage and operational needs\nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to F&B operations\nCommunicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on performance and strategic initiatives\nCoordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations\n **Required Qualifications:**\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in a food and beverage department within a hospitality setting\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience\nProven expertise in F&B operations management, including restaurants, bars, and/or banquet services\nStrong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health compliance requirements\nExcellent communication skills in English (written, spoken, and read); fluency in Arabic is highly desirable\nDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and control costs effectively\nProficiency with F&B management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office applications\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities\nExceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments\nFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require\nAbility to remain calm, focused, and resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nDiploma or degree from a recognized hospitality school or university\nExperience working in 4-star or 5-star hotel properties\nBackground in event coordination and banquet management\nKnowledge of vendor negotiation and procurement processes\nExperience with revenue management and pricing strategies\nProficiency in additional languages (French, Italian, or other languages)\nCertification in food safety or hospitality management\nTrack record of successfully implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives\nExperience mentoring and developing high-performing teams\nFamiliarity with local Egyptian hospitality standards and cultural practices\n Previous experience in the hospitality industry.\nEgyptian nationality is accepted.\nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.\nV.
