With a strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and menu selections, the Navina Pool Bar Server provides thoughtful recommendations and promotes the hotel's offerings while ensuring accurate and efficient service.\nWorking closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, the Navina Pool Bar Server ensures the pool bar and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization. Through genuine engagement, attention to detail, and anticipation of guest needs, the position plays an important role in creating distinctive experiences and upholding the exceptional service standards of the hotel.\n Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field will be an advantage.\nExperience: Previous experience as a Server or in a similar Food & Beverage service role is preferred. Experience in a five-star luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, pool bar, or international hospitality environment will be an advantage.\nFood & Beverage Knowledge: Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
