In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency with financial systems, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.\nProcess and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness\nPerform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems and general ledger\nPrepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses to support management decision-making\nMonitor and track departmental budgets, identifying discrepancies and reporting variances\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and adjustments\nVerify invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance\nMaintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements\nSupport the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed\nRecognize and escalate potential compliance issues or irregularities to senior finance staff\n 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related financial operations role\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP preferred)\nExperience with accounting software platforms such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nSolid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes\nProficiency in data entry with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams\nPreferred: Experience with financial analysis and forecasting\nPreferred: Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax
