processing of financial transactions.\n\nProcess supplier invoices, payment requests, and expense claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.\n\nVerify invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents before processing.\n\nMonitor outstanding accounts payable and receivable and follow up with relevant departments and suppliers.\n\nAssist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting schedules.\n\nSupport month-end closing activities and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.\n\nReconcile daily hotel revenue, cash collections, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.\n\nReview daily revenue reports and coordinate with Front Office, Food and Beverage, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.\n\nEnsure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized, and recorded in accordance with established internal controls.\n\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Stores to verify invoices, purchase orders, and goods received documentation.\n\nAssist in monitoring operational expenses, conducting cost control checks, and identifying unusual transactions or variances.\n\nMaintain accurate, complete, and organized financial records and ensure supporting documents are readily available for audits.\n\nAssist with internal and external audits by providing the required financial documents and information.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and financial control requirements.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive business records.\n\nCoordinate with hotel departments to obtain outstanding invoices, approvals, reports, and other required documentation.\n\nProvide administrative support to the Finance Department and assist with finance-related projects as required.\n\nPerform other reasonable duties and responsibilities accounts receivable.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExperience with hotel property management systems and financial accounting software is an
