This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and full compliance with Accor standards and local regulations. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the strategic financial direction of the hotel.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier, and Cost Control.\nEnsure timely and accurate monthly closing processes.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.\nMaintain full compliance with Accor policies, internal controls, and Turkish financial regulations.\nProvide regular financial reports, insights, and recommendations to the DOF and General Manager.\nManage internal and external audit processes.\nMonitor cash flow, revenue streams, and cost-efficiency initiatives.\nSupport and develop the finance team, fostering a strong financial discipline across departments.\n Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.\nPrior experience with Accor brands is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel;
