Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Revenue Management\nPrepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; monitor departmental budgets and expenses.\nAnalyze variances between actual and budgeted results.\nMonitor room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other income streams.\nAnalyze occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).\nWork closely with sales and revenue management teams to maximize profitability.\n2. Financial Reporting\nPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.\nPresent financial performance reports to hotel management and owners.\n3. Cash Flow, Treasury, and Accounts Management\nManage hotel cash flow, working capital, and bank accounts.\nSupervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR); ensure timely collection of guest, corporate, and travel agent payments.\nReview payroll processes and ensure accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and statutory payments.\n4. Cost Control and Asset Management\nControl operating costs across all departments and identify cost-saving opportunities.\nReview purchasing activities and inventory usage.\nOversee inventory controls and monitor fixed assets and depreciation records.\n5. Internal Controls, Compliance, and Audit\nEstablish and maintain financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.\nSafeguard hotel assets and prevent fraud.\nCoordinate internal and external audits; implement audit recommendations and corrective actions.\n6. Team Leadership and Development\nLead and supervise the finance and accounting department.\nTrain, develop, and evaluate finance staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.\n7.
