\nAccounting & Finance\nOversee the daily operations of the Finance department\nDirect and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management functions\nMonitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget\nDirect and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies\nPrepare annual reports of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses\nAnalyze financial outlooks and prepare financial forecasts\nPrepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements\nEstablish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures\nMaintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives\nServe as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues\nDirect financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements\nConduct regular checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioning\nTeam Management\nInterview, select and recruit direct reports\nIdentify and develop team members with potential\nConduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the management team\nConstantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism\nWork with Talent & Culture function to ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and development of team members according to the changing needs of the business\nConduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to team members, obtain their feedback, rectify issues and provide a regular forum for department communication\nOther Responsibilities\nAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management\nMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times\nBe aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures\nPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management\n MBA in Finance or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.\nIn-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting\nProficiency in accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders\nExperience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and controls\nAbility to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement
