Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to senior management, ownership, and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making.\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nProfessional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA is advantageous.\nMinimum 3 years' experience in hotel accounting or hospitality finance within a 4-star hotel chain or international property with 264+ rooms.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.\nProficiency with hotel accounting systems, PMS, POS, and finance software, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nSolid understanding of tax regulations, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.\nKnowledge of USALI (Uniform
