Here’s what you’ll be doing:\nYour Responsibilities:\nGuest-Centric Service:\nConsistency: Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to our valued guests. Every interaction matters. Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of service.\nMemorable Service: Engage with guests in a professional manner, making them feel welcome and valued\nSpecial Requests: Coordinate and follow up on special guest requests, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and management teams\nGuest Recognition: Manage and build a database of special requests and guests’ profiles on Open Table or Host software\nOperational Balance: Manage an array of operational, administrative, and colleague needs adeptly\nGuest Feedback: Manage and address proper customer complaints and special requests promptly and professionally\nSystem Management:\nPolicy Adherence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company, property, and departmental policies and procedures\nReservation System: Manage the “Open Table” online reservation system efficiently.
