This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy and dynamic Food & Beverage operation and play a key role in the continued success of the hotel.\nWe are looking for a motivated and commercially minded leader to oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service, restaurant, bar and event. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and developing a high-performing team.\nThe Role\nAs Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading and managing all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel\nDelivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring service excellence at all times\nDriving Food & Beverage revenue and identifying commercial opportunities\nManaging departmental budgets, payroll and cost controls\nMonitoring stock levels, purchasing, wastage and inventory management\nRecruiting, training, coaching and developing team members\nCreating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes team performance\nManaging departmental rotas, attendance and productivity\nSupporting the delivery of hotel and departmental financial targets\nWorking closely with other department teams to ensure seamless operations\nEnsuring compliance with company standards, food safety legislation and health & safety requirements\nMonitoring guest feedback and implementing improvement plans where required\nSupporting promotions, seasonal menus, events and new F&B initiatives\nActing as a role model and ambassador for the Accor brand values\n We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.\nYou will have:\nPrevious management experience within a hotel Food & Beverage environment\nStrong leadership and people management skills\nA proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilities\nExperience analysing business performance and implementing improvement plans\nA proactive and flexible approach to work\nA good understanding of stock management and labour control\nSound knowledge of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety legislation\nGood IT and administrative skills\nThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressure\nYou must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
