You will have the opportunity to be part of a high-energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service every day to our guests.\nOur hotel offers 297 modern guest rooms and is ideally located in the heart of London, just moments from Southwark and Blackfriars stations.\nA job, a career or a calling, whatever brings you here, we have something for you!\nAs our next Food & Beverage Shift Leader, you will be a key part of our Food & Beverage team, leading service within Charlie's Corner Bar & Restaurant and helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.\nYou will:\nLead, motivate and support the Food & Beverage team throughout each shift\nDeliver exceptional guest service and ensure high standards are maintained at all times\nTake responsibility for the smooth operation of Charlie's Corner during your shift, with a strong focus on evening service\nTrain and develop team members, helping them reach their full potential\nEnsure compliance with food safety, health & safety and brand standards\nAssist with stock control, ordering, wastage management and inventory processes\nSupport daily financial procedures, end-of-day reporting and banking all finances\nHandle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues\nWork closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience\n To succeed in this role, you will:\nHave previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience\nBe passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences\nHave excellent communication and organisational skills\nBe fluent in English\nBe fully flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, although the role will predominantly involve evening shifts\nBe confident leading a team in a busy service environment\n As part of our team, you can have:\n2 x complimentary stays in our UK hotels, per year (T&Cs apply)\nDiscounted hotel rates all over the world in Accor hotels\nContinuously learn and develop yourself with our Accor Academy\nSupport for your wellbeing in your professional and personal life\nGrow your experience anywhere.
