The role involves supervising and developing team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and creating memorable dining experiences aligned with the Our Habitas brand philosophy.\nGuest Experience & Service Excellence\nEnsure consistently high standards of food and beverage service across assigned outlets.\n\nWelcome and engage with guests, anticipating their needs and personalizing their dining experiences.\n\nHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.\n\nMaintain a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere reflective of the Our Habitas culture.\n\nMonitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.\n\nDaily Operations\nSupervise daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.\n\nConduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, promotions, and operational updates.\n\nEnsure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.\n\nMonitor outlet cleanliness, table setups, equipment, and overall presentation.\n\nCoordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.\n\nEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.\n\nTeam Supervision & Development\nSupervise, motivate, and support F&B associates to achieve service excellence.\n\nAssist with preparing duty rosters, monitoring attendance, and managing daily manpower requirements.\n\nProvide on-the-job training, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.\n\nSupport the onboarding and development of new associates.\n\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.\n\nAddress performance concerns and escalate matters to management when necessary.\n\nFinancial & Commercial Responsibilities\nSupport the achievement of outlet revenue targets through effective upselling and suggestive selling.\n\nMonitor operating expenses and minimize unnecessary costs and wastage.\n\nEnsure accurate billing, payment processing, and proper handling of cash and POS transactions.\n\nAssist with stock control, inventory checks, and requisitions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.\n\nBrand Standards & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with resort policies, standard operating procedures, and service standards.\n\nMaintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.\n\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and service of food and beverages.\n\nReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, and operational concerns promptly.\n\nSupport sustainability initiatives and responsible resource management.\n\n Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.\n\nPrevious supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.\n\nStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations.\n\nFamiliarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.\n\nGood command of English; additional languages are an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.\n\n What's in it for you...\nThe opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing, international group that’s committed to not just building new hotels but building a global brand.\nThe chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.\nBecome part of a team that’s very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and exploring new locations at every opportunity.\nA competitive package and plenty of opportunity for development.\nExcellent discounts across the entire Ennismore family of brands.\nWorking at Our Habitas means being part of a purpose-driven movement.
