The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.\n Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Assistant (Duty) Manager to join our property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 4 versatile conference rooms. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.\nActing as a role model for the Front Office team.\nDrive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives.\nLeading by example when attending to guest requests, being proactive and resourceful.\nTaking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.\nProviding guidance, supporting training and leading the team \nActively resolving guest complaints and challenges\nAssisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.\nAssisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed\nBeing responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.\nMaintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel\nAlways upholding Accor and Heartist values & Pullman brand standards\n Experience in a similar role in a hotel.\nConfidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations and build relationships\nEntrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy\nTime management and multi-tasking skills.\nExperience in Fidelio or Opera PMS, hotSOS is highly preferred.\nFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.\nUnlimited work rights in Australia\n At Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!\nBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
