or supervisor\nConstantly grasp the training given\nRespond to guest requests\nHandle all equipment, tools and machinery with care and respect\nRespond promptly to all service requests.\nReport any accident, or damages to equipment immediately\nProcessing data entry\nCustomer Specific Responsibilities\nEnsure guest satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently\nIf spoken to acknowledge guests using the appropriate levels of discretion and the correct forms of address\nReport or hand in any property belonging to the guest left lying open in the room\nEnsures that areas where jobs are undertaken are left properly clean and ready for use\nAlways display a polite and gracious manner\n Knowledge and Experience\nTertiary qualification is hospitality or tourism\nFair user of Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to effectively communicate with others in English and other official
