New chapters are already taking shape, each capturing another rhythm of the island.\n Your Role in the Story\nAs the Front Office Manager at LUURA, you shape the first and last impression of every stay. You lead front office operations for our hotel, making sure every arrival feels personal, every stay runs seamlessly, and every departure leaves guests looking forward to their return. You lead, coach and develop the front office team and work closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge, Sales, Revenue and F&B to elevate guest satisfaction and revenue performance.\nIt’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines operational expertise with genuine warmth, and who can lead multiple teams while keeping one consistent LUURA standard of service.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and develop the Front Office team, creating a culture of warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. \nEnsure every guest arrival, stay, and departure feels personal, seamless, and memorable. \nInspire the team to anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service at every touchpoint. \nBuild strong relationships with VIP and returning guests, ensuring preferences and special requests are recognized and acted upon. \nWork closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Reservations, and Revenue to deliver one connected guest journey. \nDrive excellence across Front Office operations, ensuring service standards, procedures, and guest communication are consistently upheld. \nTake ownership of guest feedback and service recovery, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty and trust. \nCoach, mentor, and support team members through regular feedback, training, and development. \nLead workforce planning, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure the team performs effectively during all business levels. \nChampion all Front Office systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy, efficient processes, and continuous team knowledge. \nEncourage natural upselling and revenue opportunities through authentic guest recommendations and product knowledge. \nMonitor guest satisfaction, online reviews, and operational results, implementing improvements where needed. \nSet the standard for professionalism, appearance, communication, and teamwork across the department. \nContribute to the evolution of the guest experience by bringing new ideas, challenging the status quo, and continuously seeking ways to elevate the LUURA experience. \nAct as an ambassador of LUURA's culture, values, and service philosophy, inspiring others to do the same. \n We are looking for..\nsomeone who combines operational excellence with genuine hospitality. A leader who is hands-on, commercially aware, people-focused, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a luxury boutique environment.\nPrevious experience leading Front Office operations within a luxury hotel, resort, boutique hotel, or lifestyle hospitality brand (at least for 5 years); with great references. \nA natural people leader who inspires teams, develops talent, and creates a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. \nStrong understanding of guest experience, front office operations, reservations, revenue fundamentals, and service delivery. \nConfident/knowledge using hotel systems and technology, with the ability to drive efficiency through data, processes, and smart decision-making. \nEmotionally intelligent and highly adaptable, able to build authentic relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders. \nCommercially minded, with an understanding of how exceptional service contributes to guest loyalty, revenue, and business performance; experienced on how to upsell in a demanding environment. \nA strong problem-solver who takes ownership, makes sound decisions, and turns challenges into opportunities. \nPassionate about luxury hospitality, detail-oriented, and driven to continuously elevate the guest experience. \nPre-opening experience is an advantage. \nExcellent communication skills in English;
