There is a unique opportunity for an experienced guest experience professional to join our leadership team as Front Office Manager on a full-time basis.\n As the Front Office Manager at ibis Styles Mt Isa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's front office operations. This full-time position is based in Mount Isa, Queensland, and is responsible for leading a team of front desk associates to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries\nManaging and scheduling the front desk team to ensure optimal coverage and productivity\nProviding excellent customer service and resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner\nMonitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement\nParticipating in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures\nLiaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences\nContributing to the overall success of the hotel by supporting sales and marketing initiatives\n Minimum 1 years’ experience as a department head in a similar role.\nStrong leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with other leaders in the business.\nA passion for inspiring a team through coaching, career development and learning of new skills and abilities.\nExcellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.\nProven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.\nOpen to feedback, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.\nA high standard of grooming and presentation.\nFlexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays.\n Why Work With Accor?
