Wij zoeken een gedreven Front Office Supervisor (4-5 dagen per week) om ons team bij Novotel Den Haag City Centre te versterken.\nJouw rol\nAls Front Office Supervisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je ervoor dat zij een onvergetelijk verblijf ervaren. Je leidt het Front Office-team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie. Je bewaakt de servicekwaliteit, motiveert je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alle procedures vlekkeloos verlopen.
