Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com\nDo what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo!\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\n Manage daily cash collections, deposits, and disbursements.\nReceive, verify, and record cash and other payment transactions accurately.\nPrepare daily cash reports and submit them to the Finance Department.\nPerform daily cash counts and reconcile physical cash balances with accounting records.\nPrepare bank deposits and ensure timely submission of funds.\nMaintain petty cash and process approved petty cash payments.\nVerify supporting documents for cash payments and reimbursements.\nPrepare cash payment vouchers and ensure proper approvals are obtained.\nMonitor cash balances and report any discrepancies or irregularities.\nMaintain organized records of cash transactions and supporting documents.\nAssist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.\nCoordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other departments regarding cash transactions.\nEnsure compliance with company cash handling procedures and internal controls.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing required cash records and documentation.\n Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nCPA qualification (at least Part I) or equivalent accounting qualification would be an added advantage.\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a cash-handling or accounting role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.\nPrevious experience as a General Cashier, Cashier, Accounts Clerk, Income Auditor, or similar Finance role is preferred.\nStrong understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, banking, petty cash, and financial controls.\nGood numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using hotel/accounting systems would be an advantage.\nDemonstrated integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and trustworthiness, given the sensitive nature of the role.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Finance teams.\nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in line with hotel operations.\n Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
