As General Manager, you will showcase your inspiring leadership skills, along with your strategic vision; to lead a highly engaged team, provide a guest experience based on the Pullman brand, and maximise operating results.\nReporting to the Vice President of Operations - NSW & ACT, this is a fabulous opportunity for a passionate leader who has worked in a fast paced, city hotel environment.\nAs General Manager you will be responsible for:\nLeading the overall management and strategic direction of the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park Hotel\nFostering relationships with key stakeholders, predominantly owners, guests, and suppliers\nEnsuring long term profitability of the operational departments and the hotel, maximising revenue and yielding opportunities.\nInspiring and leading team members to maintain the Heartist culture, and ensure the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park remains a great place to work.\n A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.\nAbout you\nPrevious experience as a General Manager, preferably within a premium hotel brand\nDemonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs\nPassionate about developing self and others\nClear communicator, creating impactful relationships with your team\nPossess Revenue Management skills with experience of budgets, P&L’s and forecasting.\nFosters positive owner relationships while maximising performance\n Why work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
