The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.\nPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure consistent operation\nDiagnose technical issues using systematic troubleshooting methods and implement effective solutions\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for tracking and compliance purposes\nOperate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively\nFollow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize work orders and meet operational deadlines\nConduct preventive maintenance activities to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime\nIdentify equipment malfunctions and communicate findings clearly to management\nEnsure work areas remain organized and clean in accordance with company standards\nAssist with equipment calibration and testing as required\n Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment\nStrong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment\nSolid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics\nCommitment to safety compliance and adherence to
