Istanbul’s brand identity and communication strategy.\nDesign a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, brochures, presentations, invitations, signage, and promotional materials.\nCreate visual assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, activations, and special projects.\nAdapt and optimize creative materials for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, and social media channels.\nEnsure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and communication channels.\nCollaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.\nPrepare artwork files for production and coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and agencies when required.\nSupport photography, video, and content production projects through graphic design and creative input.\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.\nStay up to date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging creative technologies.\n Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print design, and marketing communications.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nKnowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, or video editing is considered an advantage.\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.\nExperience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.\nExcellent attention to detail and project management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nFluency in English, both written and
