With multiple food and beverage venues on site, including our two AA Rosette Restaurant, St Andrews Clubhouse & Grill - serving the finest Scottish steak and seafood, we are able to offer our guests a world class experience for dining and leisure activities, right here on property.\nWithin 20 minutes from Leuchars Railway station and 35 minutes from Dundee, we are an easy commute from numerous Scottish destinations.\n Fairmont St Andrews | Temporary position | Approximately two weeks during the October school holidays | 40 hours per week\nFairmont St Andrews is seeking a friendly, organised Activity Coordinator to help deliver an enjoyable programme of activities for children and families during the October school holidays.\nYou will be a welcoming point of contact for guests and activity providers, helping each session run smoothly and encouraging families to make the most of the programme.\nKey responsibilities\nCoordinate the daily activity schedule and ensure spaces and materials are ready for each session.\nWelcome and support internal and external activity providers.\nGreet families, explain the activities available and encourage children to participate.\nMonitor sessions and help resolve practical issues as they arise.\nWork closely with the Guest Experience Manager, Concierge and other hotel teams to share information and deliver an excellent guest experience.\n About you\nYou will be confident communicating with children and adults, well organised and willing to help wherever needed. Experience in hospitality, events, childcare or family activities would be beneficial, although a warm and proactive approach is most important.\nThis temporary position is for approximately two weeks during the October school holidays, working 40 hours per week.
