Large adaptable basement parking area of up to 450 cars\n**Responsibilities:**\nAssist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all daily housekeeping operations and staff management\nSupervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks and room turnover\nConduct quality inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain established cleanliness standards\nManage housekeeping inventory, including supplies, linens, and equipment, and coordinate reordering as needed\nTrain, mentor, and develop housekeeping team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards\nCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal operational efficiency\nAddress guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services and implement corrective actions\nMaintain detailed records and reports on room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance\nCoordinate with maintenance and engineering departments to address facility repairs and equipment issues\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies\nSupport budget management by monitoring labor costs and controlling supply expenses\nAssist in implementing new cleaning procedures, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency\n **Qualifications:**\n**Required:**\nMinimum 2 years of housekeeping operations or hotel management experience\nProven experience managing housekeeping operations for properties with 250+ rooms\nDemonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience\nStrong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and sanitation protocols\nProficiency in housekeeping management software and inventory systems\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and resolve conflicts professionally\nPhysical ability to perform housekeeping duties and walk through properties regularly\n**Preferred:**\nAssociate's degree or certification in hospitality management or related field\nExperience with budget management and cost control in housekeeping operations\nFamiliarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (OSHA compliance)\nKnowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainable housekeeping
