This role focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic account management, market analysis, contract negotiation, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery. The Assistant Sales Manager actively identifies new business opportunities, maintains strong client relationships, and represents the hotel in sales calls, networking events, and corporate functions to strengthen market presence and maximize room and revenue performance.\n Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling corporate or key accounts.\n\nStrong understanding of the corporate market segment and hotel sales strategies.\n\nProven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate contracts and negotiations.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.\n\nProficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).\n\n Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
