stakeholders.\nSet up, operate, and dismantle professional audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, entertainment events, and special functions with precision and efficiency\nOperate sound, lighting, projection, video systems, and LED displays during live events to ensure smooth, professional execution and optimal visual and audio quality\nPerform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all AV equipment to ensure reliability, longevity, and optimal performance across all systems\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, LED screens, displays, video conferencing systems, and other AV equipment in a timely manner\nProvide professional on-site technical support for VIP guests, executive meetings, high-profile events, and conference room operations\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of AV equipment specifications, event requirements, technical setups, operational procedures, and industry best practices\nCoordinate effectively with Events, Banquets, Entertainment, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure all technical requirements are delivered seamlessly and on schedule\nSupport conference rooms, boardrooms, meeting spaces, entertainment venues, digital displays, and in-room AV systems across the organization\nEnsure all AV equipment is properly maintained, stored, handled, and inventoried in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and organizational standards\nMaintain accurate and organized records of equipment inventory, maintenance activities, repairs, service requirements, and technical specifications\nAssist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of new audio-visual equipment and systems into existing infrastructure\nCoordinate with external AV suppliers and contractors when required, ensuring all work meets organizational standards and project timelines\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while adhering to all health, safety, and operational procedures\nRespond promptly to AV service requests and technical support calls, minimizing disruption to guest experiences and organizational operations\nMaintain a professional appearance and represent the organization with confidence, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset in all interactions\nContribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and mutual support\n Minimum 2 years of professional experience in audio-visual operations within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end event environment\nTechnical proficiency with professional audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems commonly used in corporate and hospitality settings\nDemonstrated experience operating and maintaining AV equipment for events, conferences, weddings, entertainment programs, and corporate functions\nSolid knowledge of AV troubleshooting methodologies, preventive maintenance practices, and basic equipment repair techniques\nUnderstanding of electrical safety practices, AV system installations, and proper equipment handling procedures\nStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments\nAbility to remain calm, professional, and service-focused under pressure while maintaining composure during live events\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders\nProficiency in English communication at a professional level\nFlexible availability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as required by organizational needs\nProficiency in inventory management and record-keeping systems\nFamiliarity with AV control systems and automation software (preferred)\nKnowledge of LED screen technology and digital display systems (preferred)\nRelevant AV technical certifications or electrical safety
