RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperations & Technical Support\nEnsure all sound and lighting (S&L) equipment is clean, properly maintained, and fully operational\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, lighting consoles, digital and analog sound mixers, CD players, sound processors, and projection systems\nProvide live technical support and troubleshooting during events, shows, and meetings\nManage sound checks, stage setups, and technical riders for bands, singers, and performers\nTeam Supervision\nSupervise daily operations of the AV team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently\nAssign duties, monitor performance, and prepare weekly shift schedules for the Sound & Lighting sub-department\nTrain AV technicians on proper equipment usage, safety procedures, and maintenance standards\nEvent & Entertainment Coordination\nWork closely with event organizers, Entertainment, and Recreation teams to understand technical requirements\nPlan and coordinate AV setups for events, meetings, and evening shows\nEnsure AV delivery aligns with show concepts, timings, and quality standards\nEquipment & Inventory Management\nTake full responsibility for Sound & Lighting equipment\nMaintain accurate inventory records and maintenance schedules\nManage truss construction, DMX addressing, lighting desks, splitters, wireless microphone frequencies, and show programming\nAdministration & Compliance\nPrepare and manage the AV department budget\nMaintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and operations\nDevelop, implement, and enforce AV department policies and procedures\nStay updated with new AV technologies and introduce improvements where applicable\n Education:\nDiploma or Certificate in Electrical, Audio-Visual, or related technical field\nExperience:\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar AV supervisory or senior technician role\nLanguage:\nGood communication skills in English\nSincerity & Transparency\nAct with professionalism, integrity, and accountability\nUse sound judgment in challenging situations\nMaintain confidentiality and conduct business
