As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members.\nLead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback\nCoordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies\nConduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records\nAddress and resolve customer complaints and concerns\nImplement and monitor driver training programs\nCollaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep\nAnalyze route efficiency and suggest improvements\nHandle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions\nPrepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metrics\n Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field\nProven leadership experience with excellent team management skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities\nEffective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills\nExcellent time management and organizational capabilities\nIn-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations\nProficiency in basic computer applications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license \nFirst Aid and CPR certification (preferred)\nFamiliarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates\nExperience in bus fleet management\nThorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulations\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\nFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus\n Your team and working environment :\nRixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
