Do you love turning insights into practical solutions that make a real impact?\nAs the Business Analyst, you’ll work across the organization to identify opportunities, improve performance, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to help our teams work smarter and deliver better results.\nCompetitive Salary: $75,000-$79,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education\nJob Duties Include:\nReporting to: Manager, Finance and Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nBusiness Process OptimizationAnalyze business processes, workflows, and reporting practices across Finance, Operations, and Technology.\nIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the design and implementation of future-state processes that improve productivity, accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.\nDevelop business cases, process maps, financial models, and recommendations supported by data analysis.\nMeasure and report the impact of improvement initiatives and realized business benefits.\n\nData Analytics & Performance ReportingDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and performance tracking tools.\nAnalyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, labor productivity, food cost, expenses, and working capital metrics.\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting through automation, visualization, and modern analytics tools.\n\nDigital Enablement & AI AdoptionIdentify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.\nCollaborate with Technology teams to evaluate and implement automation and productivity tools.\nExplore practical applications of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.\n\nStrategic Projects & Stakeholder EngagementSupport cross-functional transformation, optimization, and business improvement initiatives.\nFacilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering, and process improvement workshops.\nBuild effective working relationships across Finance, Operations, Technology, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other business functions.\nPrepare reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for department and senior leadership.\nGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical recommendations.\n\nChange Management & ImplementationSupport implementation of approved process improvements and transformation projects.\nDevelop process documentation, standards, and best practices.\nAssist with change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.\nMonitor implementation results and identify opportunities for further improvement.\nSupport the ongoing review and refinement of processes to ensure improvements are sustained.\nAll other duties as assigned\n\n Previous experience in Royal Service, Guest Services or Front Desk is an asset\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.\nMBA, CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are considered assets.\n3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, consulting, or related fields.\nExperience working across multiple business functions, particularly Finance and Operations.\nDemonstrated success identifying, leading, and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results.\nHospitality, resort, hotel, gaming, food & beverage, or service industry experience is preferred.\nExperience with compliance, governance, internal controls, or audit-related activities is an asset.Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel & Microsoft 365 Suite\nMicrosoft Copilot and AI productivity tools\nPower BI\nPower Query\nMicrosoft Teams and SharePoint\nFinancial and operational analysis\nPrevious experience with Power Automate, SQL, ERP & Accounting Systems, Hotel PMS platforms and POS & Inventory Management Systems an asset\n\n Job Perks & Benefits:\nSubsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status employees\nOne complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $8/meal)\nComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Vision & Dental) including extended benefits like;
