This is a dynamic role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and generating new business.\nWith two days per week dedicated to proactive field sales, you will be out in market meeting clients, identifying opportunities and positioning our hotel and the wider La Maison and Accor network as the destination of choice.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively generate new business opportunities across corporate, wholesale, inbound, retail travel agent and MICE segments\n\nManage and grow the hotel’s top-performing key accounts\n\nConduct external sales calls, client meetings, presentations and networking to drive revenue\n\nIdentify and convert new market opportunities aligned with the hotel’s strategy\n\nNegotiate rates, contracts and commercial agreements\n\nCollaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Conference & Events and operational teams to maximise results\n\nRepresent the hotel and Accor brand at industry events, tradeshows and client engagements\n\nMaintain strong reporting and pipeline management through the hotel’s sales systems\n\n To be successful in this sought after role you will demonstrate:\nMinimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry\n\nProven ability to build relationships and drive new business\n\nStrong negotiation, networking and communication skills\n\nCommercially minded with a results-driven approach to achieving revenue targets\n\nHigh energy, proactive and comfortable working in the field meeting clients\n\nDegree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)\n\nWe welcome applications from candidates with full Australian working rights.
