In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all accounting operations and serve as a strategic financial partner to senior management. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical accounting expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulatory requirements.\nOversee and manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, fixed asset management, and bank reconciliations\nPrepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and Saudi regulatory requirements\nEnsure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations, statutory reporting obligations, and internal financial policies\nDirect and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency\nMonitor cash flow, analyze budgets, and track financial performance to support informed business decision-making\nCoordinate internal and external audits, respond to audit findings, and implement corrective actions transparently\nDevelop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy\nReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to guarantee accuracy and completeness\nSupervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff, fostering professional development and high performance standards\nSupport the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing analytical insights to guide strategic planning\nIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices that enhance organizational efficiency\nCollaborate with management and cross-functional teams by providing comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations\nEnsure organizational compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nProfessional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification (preferred)\nSaudi Certified Public Accountant (SCBA) certification or equivalent Saudi regulatory qualification\nMinimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience in increasingly responsible roles\nAt least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting position\nComprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and internal control frameworks\nProven expertise with ERP systems and modern accounting software platforms\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools\nStrong understanding of Saudi Arabia's accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements\nDemonstrated ability to manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively\nExperience coordinating internal and external audits and managing audit responses\nExcellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing accounting professionals\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights\nExceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nExperience with strategic
