beverage costs across all outlets.\nConduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.\nManage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.\nMonitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.\nEnsure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.\nWork closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field\nHas 3-5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.\nStrong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel\nExperience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy\nOutstanding organizational and time management abilities\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nPreferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial
