As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive employee growth and performance.\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's mission, vision, and objectives\nLead and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation\nDesign and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge training programs, including e-learning, classroom-based, and blended learning solutions\nCollaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives\nManage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROI\nEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven metrics and implement improvements based on findings\nStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate\nPartner with People & Culture and other departments to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management and succession planning processes\nDevelop and maintain relationships with external vendors and learning partners to enhance the organization's training capabilities\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field;
