We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive comprehensive sales strategy, oversee all revenue-generating operations, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious business objectives. You will partner with senior leadership to develop innovative sales initiatives, expand market presence, and cultivate transformational client relationships across all segments.   • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans designed to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all market segments and operational divisions
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales department, establishing clear performance standards, accountability measures, and a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop sales team members at all levels, fostering a collaborative, motivational work environment that supports professional growth and career advancement
  • Manage and optimize key account relationships within assigned segments, identifying expansion opportunities and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with strategic clients
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities through proactive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and innovative business development initiatives
  • Oversee financial management of the sales department, including budget development, expense control, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics analysis with analytical precision
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews, market assessments, and site inspections to strengthen client relationships and uncover emerging market opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, revenue forecasts, annual business plans, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership with transparency and accuracy
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, business partners, hotel departments, regional teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and alignment
  • Ensure all sales activities, documentation, processes, and team conduct comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Lead sales support initiatives for new hotel openings, special projects, and organizational change management efforts as assigned
  • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous organizational improvement
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and commitment to organizational objectives

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership roles, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large-scale sales operations
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results and exceed organizational targets
  • Strong experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with documented success in revenue generation
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop sales teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and performance metrics
  • Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools
  • Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, P&L responsibility, and performance metrics analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership effectively
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset and empathetic approach
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and composure in a goal-oriented environment with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings, business development, and strategic initiatives

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of Rooms and Food & Beverage operations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple business segments simultaneously
  • Experience with strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and implement innovative sales programs
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and developing departmental budgets
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and business practices in the Middle East

You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, analyze market trends, and ensure the achievement of departmental and hotel-wide commercial targets. You will also oversee sales planning, account management, business development, and performance initiatives while ensuring a consistent, professional, and results-driven approach to sales and customer engagement.
