As a Doorman, you will be one of the first faces our guests meet - setting the tone with a warm welcome, confident presence, and genuine SLS personality.\nFrom greeting guests and assisting with arrivals and departures to coordinating transportation and supporting the flow at the hotel entrance, you will play an essential role in creating a smooth and memorable first and last impression.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and assist guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.\nOpen and close vehicle doors while ensuring a seamless and attentive arrival experience.\nAssist guests with luggage when required and coordinate closely with the Bell team.\nWork closely with Valet, Bell, Concierge, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.\nAssist guests with taxis and transportation arrangements when required.\nSupport the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and guests at the hotel entrance.\nProvide guests with accurate general information about the hotel, its facilities, and services.\nAnticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively throughout the arrival and departure experience.\nMaintain the entrance area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.\nMaintain a polished, professional, and welcoming appearance in line with SLS grooming and service standards.\nFollow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.\n Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred.\nGood communication and customer service skills with a naturally welcoming attitude.\nBasic English communication skills are required.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.\nPhysically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when required.\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.\nPositive, professional, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to guest service.\nPrevious experience within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is an
