Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Summary of General Duties:\nManages colleagues' transportation from Accommodation to Hotel and from Hotel to Accommodation \nCleaning and Maintenance of bus on regular basis\nReview and update the Logbook.\nBe smart, well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times.\nReport regularly on happening to Transportation /Employee Services Manager.\nMaintain associate relations.\nResolve passenger's complaints in a good manner.\nEnsure the services are up to the required standard.\nCo-operation with hotel’s Departments Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B etc.\nAttend training classes as per schedule\nShow fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments\nIs aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\nPick up / Drop colleagues from accommodation to Hotel and from Hotel to Accommodation in a friendly and courteous manner.\nDuties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and passengers' courtesy.\nPerforming minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.\nFueling the vehicle.\nEnsuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.\nPreparing trip reports.\nPreparing accident and incident reports as necessary.\nProviding other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.\nShould be familiar with the roads and landmarks in the UAE (Especially Dubai).\nShould also be knowledgeable of all local rules of the road.\nGeneral/ Miscellaneous\nCo-ordination and information with the Transportation Team Leader.\nHe/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.\nOther duties as assigned\nSpecial\nCarry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested\n Diploma or High school\nHas 1 -
