Through technical expertise, proactive maintenance, and quick response, you help create a comfortable environment for our guests and Heartists.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide\nLearning programs through our Academies\nOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities\nWhat you will be doing:\nOversee daily engineering operations and respond promptly to maintenance requests.\nCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to hotel operations.\nMonitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.\nConduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.\nCoordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.\nRespond to emergencies and breakdowns and take appropriate corrective action.\nEnsure all engineering activities comply with safety standards, hotel procedures, and local regulations.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.\nCoordinate with other hotel departments and external contractors when required.\nSupport and guide Engineering team members during daily operations.\nEnsure engineering workshops, tools, and work areas are clean, organized, and safe.\nContribute to maintaining a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and Heartists.\n Your experience and skills include:\nDiploma or technical qualification in Engineering or a related field.\nPrevious experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.\nGood knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and team coordination skills.\nProactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.\nAbility to work independently and under pressure.\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.\n Your working environment:\nAlwadi Doha - MGallery Hotel Collection is a distinctive 5-star boutique hotel located within Msheireb Downtown Doha, vibrant new retail, commercial and residential development in the heart of Qatar’s capital, offering 213 luxurious rooms and suites with desirable amenities, a spectacular ballroom, and five class meeting rooms, with variety of restaurants and an exclusive spa and swimming pool.
