Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/\nDo what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS\"\n Primary Responsibilities\nOperation\nPlan daily engineering staff briefing with Chief Engineer and assist in distributing daily work assignments\nSchedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as (not limited to) the following:\nAir-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainage\nSupervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment\nAssist in the preparation of consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas\nEnsure that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees or charges\nReview work flow and provide Chief Engineer with possible improvements to increase efficiency\nCoordinate and inform Chief Engineer of any disruptions to service of any kind\nTeam Management\nIdentify and develop team members with potential\nConduct performance review with the team\nConstantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism\nPrepare and conduct detailed induction programs for new employees\nDevelop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business\nPrepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service\nOther Responsibilities\nBe fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures\nComply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times\nAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management\nReport for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times\nMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times\nPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel\nDegree or Diploma in Engineering.\nShould have 2 years of experience in similar capacity\nStrong leadership, interpersonal and training skills\nGood communication and customer contact skills\nResults and service oriented with an eye for details\nAbility to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations","description_format":"text","description_chars":3083,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Lifestyle","Professional Services","Travel & Tourism"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-17T19:04:36Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":55,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.735,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":21,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:26","wave","velocity","win:late","comp:junior,brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-03T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/accor-group-duty-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/accor-group-duty-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-04T02:53:14Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4385,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":615,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"}}}
