Through technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you contribute to creating a reliable and exceptional environment for our guests and Heartists.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide\nLearning programs through our Academies\nOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities\nWhat you will be doing:\nPerform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair works throughout the hotel.\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems, equipment, lighting, and appliances.\nCarry out preventive maintenance to ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.\nRespond promptly to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests.\nEnsure all electrical works comply with hotel procedures, safety standards, and local regulations.\nInspect electrical equipment and report any faults, hazards, or required repairs.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders.\nCoordinate with other Engineering team members and hotel departments to minimize disruption to operations.\nMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.\nSupport emergency response and other engineering requirements when necessary.\nContribute to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and Heartists.\n Your experience and skills include:\nTechnical qualification or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nPrevious experience as an Electrician, preferably within a hotel, resort, or commercial environment.\nGood knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication skills and a proactive approach to work.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety.\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.\n Your working environment:\nAlwadi Doha - MGallery Hotel Collection is a distinctive 5-star boutique hotel located within Msheireb Downtown Doha, vibrant new retail, commercial and residential development in the heart of Qatar’s capital, offering 213 luxurious rooms and suites with desirable amenities, a spectacular ballroom, and five class meeting rooms, with variety of restaurants and an exclusive spa and swimming pool.
