maintenance.\nFollowing standards, safety regulations, and hotel procedures are followed in kitchen and laundry operations.\nCoordinate closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Laundry Departments regarding equipment condition, breakdowns, and repair schedules.\nEnsure immediate response to breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.\nMaintain all maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records accurately.\nSupport the implementation of energy-saving and water-saving initiatives in kitchen and laundry operations.\nEnsure proper use of chemicals, steam systems, gas systems, and electrical equipment in compliance with safety standards.\nOther Responsibilities\nMaintain strong product and operational knowledge related to kitchen and laundry equipment.\nProvide technical support during special events, banquets, and high-occupancy operations.\nEnsure compliance with hotel brand standards and local regulations at all times.\nAssist in guest-related issues when required and support service recovery.\nMaintain a positive hotel image through professional conduct and responsiveness.\nPerform any other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer or Management.\n* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field).\n* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel engineering operations, preferably handling kitchen and laundry equipment.\n* Strong technical knowledge of kitchen and laundry machinery, steam systems, gas systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.\n* Good understanding of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting techniques.\n* Familiar with hotel engineering standards, occupational health & safety regulations, and fire & life safety procedures.\n* Ability to lead and supervise technicians effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.\n* Good communication and coordination skills with operational departments.\n* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\n* Knowledge of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices is an advantage.\n* Good command of English, both written and spoken.\n* Well-groomed, disciplined, and
