Engineering team.\nAssign maintenance tasks and monitor their completion to ensure quality and timely execution.\nConduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house areas, plant rooms, equipment, and hotel facilities.\nEnsure preventive maintenance programs are carried out according to established schedules.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests, operational issues, and emergency situations.\nTroubleshoot technical problems and support the team in identifying effective solutions.\nMonitor the condition and operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.\nEnsure all engineering work is performed in accordance with safety procedures, hotel standards, and applicable regulations.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing.\nMonitor tools, equipment, spare parts, and engineering supplies and report replenishment requirements when necessary.\nCoordinate with contractors and external service providers when required and monitor the quality of completed work.\nSupport energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within the Engineering department.\nEnsure workshops, plant rooms, and engineering areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized condition.\nCommunicate effectively with other departments regarding maintenance requirements and operational priorities.\nSupport the training and development of Engineering team members and ensure proper working procedures are followed.\nAssist Engineering management with departmental projects, inspections, reporting, and operational requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Engineering management.\n Diploma or technical qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field.\nPrevious experience in Engineering or Maintenance within the hospitality industry or a similar environment.\nPrevious supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.\nGood knowledge of hotel building systems, preventive maintenance, and general maintenance practices.\nUnderstanding of health, safety, and engineering standards and procedures.\nAbility to diagnose technical issues and coordinate appropriate corrective action.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, as required by hotel
